1. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier company name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Bluedart, DHL, Aramex) and enter the AWB # to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. 2. I stay in India. How much are the shipping charges?
For all deliveries within India, shipping is free!
3. Do you ship outside India? How much international shipping will I be charged?
Yes! We ship worldwide. We charge flat $20 dollars for all international orders.
4. Do I have to pay Customs and Duties on my international order?
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
5. Do you offer COD services?
Yes, we do ! However, customized orders or pre-orders requires payment before delivery.
6. I am not happy with my order. How do I return?
In order to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Reason for return

7. What if I need a different size in the same jewelry style I have purchased?
Most of our jewelry is one size fits all. However, for some styles you have size options to choose from. In case you are confused about your size, do write to us at email@example.com or call us at 91-9871103478. If you would like a different size in the same style that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:
1. Contact us to schedule a reverse pickup or alternatively you can send it to us. The pickup charges will be billed to you.
2. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will ship out the new size after charging you the re-shipping charges.Please note that size exchanges will not be possible if the product is purchased during a period of special pricing.
8. I am loyal Zariin buyer. Is there a loyalty program?
We love to pamper our Zariin buyers and have a Rewards Program for everyone. For every purchase made by you, you accumulate 10% of sales value as reward points that are redeemed as cash against your next purchase. We offer lifetime plating service. At any time, if you feel you want your Zariin jewelry shining as new, please send it to us and we will re-plate it for you – for free!
