Orders that are pre-paid are delivered within 1-3 days, while orders paid by COD take 2-5 days for delivery. There is a 5% discount on all prepaid orders auto applied on the cart. For returns, you can either get a replacement of the same piece, exchange for another piece, or you can be issued a credit note added to your wallet that can be used anytime, and there's no expiration date for your credit.
